The foundry lies at the heart of Triboulet’s activity and transforms the raw material which is in the form of alloy lingots, into the raw casts needed to produce its range of couplings.

Triboulet invests in certified raw materials, in order to guarantee its customers the best quality products. Since 1938, Triboulet has been transforming bronze and aluminium (non-ferrous metal alloys). 20 tonnes of aluminium is cast per month in addition to 3 tonnes of bronze, and finally a non-negligible production of one and a half tonnes of brass per year for the production of very specific parts.

Equipped with 8 electric furnaces, Triboulet is today able to cast more than 1200 parts per day. Triboulet designs and produces its single cast sand moulds for its bronze production and uses steel moulds or shells for its aluminium production.

Under the meticulous supervision of inhouse quality control, its experienced resources ensure the melting of the raw material, its casting, then the filing down of each part and shot-blasting before the semi-finished parts leave the factory, via a final thermal shock treatment for all the aluminium parts.
